Located in the Brown’s Hotel, which won the Prix Villégiature Award for Best Service in a Hotel in Europe in 2008, HIX Mayfair is contemporary British cuisine at its finest. Celebrated chef Mark Hix has created a menu of British classics that executive chef Lee Kebble puts together brilliantly, using only the finest seasonal ingredients and working with the best suppliers including Hannan Meats, which supplies the restaurant with beef that is extra-aged in a Himalayan salt chamber, and bacon chops, which are used in the restaurant’s signature sugar-pit bacon chop dish.

HIX Mayfair also serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday so if you are lucky enough to be in London on a weekend, and are looking for the best way to spend your cheat day, make sure you book a table here.
