Escaping to Menorca has just become more appealing with the opening of Torre Vella, a 17-room and suite hotel that brings a wonderfully peaceful getaway to the middle of the Spanish island. A historically-listed structure, Torre Vella offers guests an oasis where they can unwind and take advantage of the stillness and 5-star level service.

Stretching over 200 hectares, the hotel features an outdoor pool that not only serves for tanning and swimming, but also where guests can organise poolside massages. Massage tables can be set around the pool, under the huge umbrellas, shading guests from the sun, for relaxing body massages that work out any stress knots in moments to the sounds of the water and of the crackling leaves of the surrounding trees.

With some rooms boasting private pools, this destination hotel is also ideal for guests wanting to disconnect and be spoiled with the luxury of privacy, meaning guests can easily forget the world and feel only they are on this secluded part of the island.

For visitors looking to take care of their mind, body and soul, the hotel organises early morning yoga classes. Held on the cliffs, overlooking the Mediterranean, the classes are a way to connect with nature and help clear the mind from the daily overload of information. For the more adventurous, hikes can also be organised, offering a great workout with a backdrop of an incomparable, and breathtaking, view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Part of the Les Domaines de Fontenille Collection of hotels, Torre Vella is a gem in the heart of Menorca that brings guests a sense of tranquillity and calm.
