Se il romanzo del grande autore americano trova la sua location tra New York e Long Island, \u00e8 sulla Riviera francese che \u00e8 nata l\u2019ispirazione, \u00e8 qui che lo scrittore ha intinto la penna nell\u2019atmosfera delle feste sfrenate e decadenti, nelle sale e sulle terrazze della villa Saint Louis, la sua dimora degli anni folli. La \u00ab\u00a0green light\u00a0\u00bb \u00e8 ancora e sempre li, a solleticare le luci della terrazza di quella famosa Villa Saint Louis, diventata grazie all\u2019ambizione di un aristocratico russo, Boma Est\u00e8ne, l\u2019Hotel Belles Rives. E\u2019 la nipote Marianne Est\u00e8ne Chauvin ad accogliervi ancora oggi quando varcate l\u2019ingresso adornato da splendidi affreschi e stucchi in puro stile Art Deco.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/prixvillegiatu.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/23_Belles-Rives-Suite.jpg\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2524 lazy\" alt=\"23_Belles Rives - Suite\" data-src=\"https:\/\/prixvillegiatu.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/23_Belles-Rives-Suite.jpg\" width=\"1200\" height=\"801\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Marianne Est\u00e8ne continua a fare del luogo un punto d\u2019incontro di artisti e creativi di ogni genere. Nella sala da pranzo del ristorante La Passag\u00e8re,\u00a0 sono i ceramisti di Vallauris a fornire i piatti e le decorazioni. Sempre da Vallauris arrivano i trofei che ogni anno vengono distribuiti ai migliori scrittori nel corso del sempre pi\u00f9 celebre Prix Fitzgerald, un evento mondano che permette di rivivere lo spazio di qualche giorno l\u2019atmosfera elettrizzante degli anni scanditi dalle feste di Scott e Zelda.
