Indugiamo ancora un po\u2019 in quanto resta dell&#8217;estate e scappiamo al sole, in uno scampolo di Provenza che da qualche tempo i Parigini adorano, soprattutto da quando i Brangelina, la sensuale Jolie e l&#8217;intramontabile Pitt con prole al seguito, hanno preso possesso del castello di Miraval, trasformando un angolo discreto del sud, non ancora permeato di mondanit\u00e0, in nuova destinazione trendy.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/prixvillegiatu.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/tumblr_inline_nyez0s0zAQ1tvxxt3_400.jpg\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-671 lazy\" alt=\"tumblr_inline_nyez0s0zAQ1tvxxt3_400\" data-src=\"https:\/\/prixvillegiatu.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/tumblr_inline_nyez0s0zAQ1tvxxt3_400.jpg\" width=\"330\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Effettivamente la regione merita. Ci sono villaggi bellissimi che nulla hanno da invidiare ai pi\u00f9 famosi Mougins o Saint Paul de Vence, alle spalle del nastro di paillettes chiamato Costa Azzurra. Qui la campagna \u00e9 pi\u00f9 campagna, e la parola autenticit\u00e0 ha ancora un senso. C&#8217;\u00e9 il delizioso Les Arcs, fatto di vicoli tortuosi, archi in pietra color ocra e case-torri medievali. C&#8217;\u00e9 lo splendido Cotignac, un vero presepe provenzale, addossato a una parete rocciosa lavorata dal vento come fosse pizzo. A nord si va verso le acque turchesi delle scenografiche gorges di Verdon, a sud si scende verso la penisola di Saint Tropez. In mezzo c&#8217;\u00e9 Callas, altro villaggio adorabile che racchiude un segreto gastronomico da non perdere: Les Gorges de Pennafort. Credetemi, \u00e9 un indirizzo che vale la pena provare almeno una volta nella vita. Seguite la strada tutta curve dove ogni tanto troverete una vineria che propone \u201cle ros\u00e9 d&#8217;Angelina Jolie et Brad Pitt\u201d dopo che i due attori si sono messi a vendemmiare fra i filari del loro smisurato maniero. Dopo l&#8217;ennesimo tornante arriverete alle Gorges. Ai fornelli c&#8217;\u00e9 il bravissimo chef stellato Philippe Da Silva, che, dopo essere stato ai comandi del ristorante chic parigino Chiberta, ha deciso di fare rotta verso sud. Da Silva \u00e9 un pazzo geniale che trabocca creativit\u00e0 e\u2026generosit\u00e0. Ordinate un piatto e vi ritroverete due degustazioni in pi\u00f9 offerte per il solo piacere di vedere \u201cl&#8217;effetto che fa\u201d al vostro palato. Fra i suoi capolavori assoluti, ci sono i ravioli di foie gras e parmigiano o l&#8217;insalata di aragosta con crema di rucola. Poesia pura. La poesia, poi, non \u00e9 solo nel piatto. La piscina, circondata dalla macchia mediterranea e dalle rocce che arrossiscono intimidite dalle tinte del tramonto, sorge vicino a un laghetto coi cigni. Dalle camere, in puro stile provenzale contemporaneo, arriva il frinire delle cicale e il rumore del vento che passa fra i platani. Frederic Mistral avrebbe avuto un sacco di belle cose da scrivere sulle Gorges de Pennafort. A voi non resta che scoprirle e farvi guidare dall&#8217;ispirazione.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Da Silva est un chef talentueux et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, enthousiaste de partager sa passion culinaire avec ses h\u00f4tes. Parmi ses chef\u00a0d\u2019oeuvres, voil\u00e0 les raviolis de foie gras et parmesan, ou la salade de homard avec cr\u00e8me de roquette. Une pure po\u00e9sie qui ne se limite pas aux plats. Le site est comme une aquarelle proven\u00e7ale cach\u00e9e entre la falaise en dentelle des Gorges et les vignobles people de Brad Pitt et Angelina Jolie. La piscine fait un clin d\u2019oeil turquoise au lac des cygnes juste a cot\u00e9, les fen\u00eatres des chambres donnent sur les platanes et leur orchestre de cigales.
