\n<\/b>En octobre 2017, c\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0 presque \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 que le Chef Christophe Bacqui\u00e9, depuis 2009\u00a0<\/i>\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel & Spa du Castellet<\/a>\u00a0recevait le Prix Vill\u00e9giature Award du \u00ab\u00a0Meilleur restaurant d\u2019h\u00f4tel en Europe\u00a0\u00bb. Pour quelles raisons\u00a0?\u00a0 Plusieurs des\u00a0 journalistes du jury nous ont confirm\u00e9 ce matin\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Des poissons extraordinaires, un service exceptionnel et touchant par sa simplicit\u00e9,\u00a0 un sommelier\u00a0: Romain Ambrosi qui, parmi des mill\u00e9simes vieux et rares pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans 6 grands coffrets reli\u00e9s en cuir, sait aussi proposer des vins de petits producteurs locaux<\/i>\u00a0sensationnels\u00bb.

Yannick Alleno,\u00a0<\/b>en 2006\u00a0aura \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0le tout premier Chef que le jury des Prix Vill\u00e9giature Awards a r\u00e9compens\u00e9 quelques mois avant qu\u2019il re\u00e7oive sa 3\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0\u00e9toile pour le restaurant de l’Hotel Meurice<\/a> \u00e0 Paris. Son jeune Chef p\u00e2tissier d’alors, Camille Lesecq avait aussi fortement impressionn\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9quipe des journalistes et correspondants de presse.
\nSi\u00a0Yannick Alleno\u00a0<\/a>a depuis quitt\u00e9 Le Meurice depuis 2012, il reste toujours li\u00e9 aux Prix Vill\u00e9giature, en tant que Chef du Royal Mansour, qui a re\u00e7u en 2015 le Grand Prix du Meilleur h\u00f4tel en Afrique. Michelin 2018\u00a0: peu de femmes \u00e0 l\u2019honneur\u2026<\/b>Heureusement, hier, \u00e0 la Seine Musicale\u00a0 il y avait\u00a0Anne-Sophie Pic<\/a>\u00a0unique femme d\u00e9tentrice des trois macarons en France, ainsi que la jeune Chef originaire de Malaysie, Kwen Liew pour le restaurant\u00a0Pertinence\u00a0<\/a>\u00e0 Paris qui a obtenu une premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile avec son compagnon, \u00e9galement Chef : Ryunosule Naito. Mais sinon, cette ann\u00e9e,\u00a0 les femmes ont brill\u00e9 par \u2026 leur absence !

\n<\/b>A noter que pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement Michelin de tout premier ordre, la seule femme de Chef qui aura \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9e par son Chef de mari pour monter sur l\u2019estrade de la Seine Musicale aura \u00e9t\u00e9 la resplendissante Alexandra Bacqui\u00e9. D\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs des journalistes du Jury des Vill\u00e9giature Awards avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9s lors de leur passage au Castellet, par sa pr\u00e9sence discr\u00e8te, \u00e9l\u00e9gante et efficace.
